Our Service Department is a "Geek Speak Free Zone". Our technicians speak to you and your level of understanding and explain to you the cause of your computer's malfunction in simple, everyday terminology, along with repair options. There is a $40 bench fee, payable upon checking your PC into the repair center. This charge covers the first hour of labor. To minimize cost to you, we try our utmost to complete your repair or upgrade during that time. |

we discover that your repair will take longer, you will be notified.
No further work will be done without your knowledge and permission. Can't decide whether to upgrade your current computer or buy a new PC ? Please bring it by our shop. At no cost to you, we will examine your PC and explain to you the advantages, disadvantages and costs for upgrading versus buying new. We will work within your budget to provide you the with the most cost effective solution!! No appointment is necessary to take advantage of this free service! |
On Site Repair and Networking
Regular Technical Support -- Destop hardware labor, software, printer, scanner, and miscellanous peripheral issues $59 per hour plus travel.
Networking Service Includes support for general server issues, LAN connectivity and network hardware $79 per hour plus travel.
In home wireless networking also available.
